・Establish, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system to ensure its effective operation and continuous improvement.
・Develop inspection standards and procedures (SIP) for incoming materials, production processes, and finished product shipments, and supervise their implementation.
・Lead the IQC, IPQC, and QA teams to handle quality anomalies in the production process, and lead the analysis and improvement of quality issues (8D/5Why).

Job requirements:

・Independently operate and maintain the Bora paper cutting machine or similar fully automatic paper cutting equipment to achieve precise cutting of materials such as paper, cardboard, and gray board.
・According to the requirements of the production work order, accurately adjust the parameters such as equipment size, precision, and pressure to ensure that the cutting size meets the process standards.
・Responsible for daily maintenance of equipment, simple troubleshooting, and filling out equipment operation records as required.

・Incoming inspection: Responsible for sampling and inspecting purchased raw materials such as paper, ink, and accessories, verifying specifications and models, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and preventing the storage of non-conforming products.
・Process inspection: Regularly inspect key production processes such as printing, die-cutting, pasting, and forming, monitor process parameters, and promptly detect and provide feedback on quality abnormalities during the production process.
・Finished product inspection: Based on customer samples and inspection standards, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the appearance, size, color, function, etc. of the finished product, and issue an inspection report.
・Quality records: Accurately and clearly fill in various inspection documents and data to ensure the traceability of quality records.
Problem handling: Identify, isolate, and record any non-conforming products found, and assist the quality supervisor in analyzing the causes and following up on improvement effects.
Job requirements:
Education major: High school or vocational school or above, with priority given to majors in printing, packaging, quality management, and related fields.
Work experience: More than 1 year of QC work experience in manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in printing and packaging industry.
Skill requirements:

・Develop and issue a Master Production Plan (MPS) and weekly/daily production schedule based on sales orders, track production progress, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
・Responsible for the development and procurement of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), monitoring the inventory of raw materials and auxiliary materials, ensuring that production materials are complete and there is no backlog.
・Coordinate communication among departments such as production, procurement, and warehouse to address issues such as material shortages and schedule anomalies during the production process.
Conduct production data statistics and analysis, continuously optimize planning and inventory management levels.
Job requirements:
・College degree or above, major in logistics management, industrial engineering or related fields is preferred.
・More than 2 years of PMC related work experience in the manufacturing industry, with priority given to those with experience in the printing and packaging industry.
・Proficient in ERP system operation, familiar with MRP principles, and possessing excellent data analysis and planning skills.
